  • Request made within 14 days of purchase
  • Software has not been extensively used (less than 24 hours of total usage)
  • Technical issues that our support team cannot resolve

2. Refund Process

  • Provide your order number and reason for refund
  • Allow up to 5-7 business days for processing

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Enterprise licenses after activation
  • Custom development work
  • Add-on features after installation

4. Payment Method

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.

5. Special Circumstances

We may consider refunds outside of these conditions in exceptional circumstances, evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
